At Tampa Rd and McMullen Booth Rd, head north towards East Lake.

Take a right at Keystone Rd..
Turn right at Patterson Rd. 
Turn right on Racetrack.
Turn left onto S. Mobley Rd.
  At turn 4 (a seemingly-smooth left), slow down. it will radius much tighter
  and bring you into a group of houses, followed by a very sharp right turn
  and often slow-moving traffic.
Turn left at Gunn Hwy.
Turn left at Racetrack Rd (the first traffic signal)
At the Y, turn right on Boyscout Rd.
Turn right at Tarpon Springs Blvd (aka Keystone)
Turn right at Crawley Rd. The Keystone Korner is a 
  nice little stop for a bite to eat, drink, etc.
Turn left onto N Mobley Rd.
