  • Octane recommendation: (r+m)/2 method, 86 octane or better
  • Spark Plug gap: .6-.7mm (.024in-.028in)
  • Valve Clearance (cold):
    • Intake and Exhaust: .05mm (.002in)
  • Stock Chain: 525, 112-link
  • Some people have Recommended a 520 chain, with new sprockets. The 525 can be a hard-to-find size.
Replacement Parts:
  • Spark Plugs: NGK CR6HS (street) or CR7HS (highway)
  • Oil Filter: Fram #6008. I got 'em for $4.50 at my local auto parts store. CarQuest #89939, or Purolator #ML16808 should fit too.
  • Tires:
    • Front: 100/90-18
      Bridgestone L303, Dunlop F11, or Yokohama Y-954
    • Rear: 140/90-15
      Bridgestone G508, Dunlop K627, or Yokohama Y-993
